CCPIT Councils, relevant business associations, and enterprises in various cities and states:
According to the overall deployment and requirements of the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Going Abroad" event organized by the Provincial Party Committee and Government, in order to further promote the development of our province's enterprises in the South Asian market, based on the successful holding of four "China Sichuan Commodity (India) Exhibitions" in India (the first four events are attached), we will organize enterprises to hold the "5th China Sichuan Commodity (India) Exhibition and Sichuan Fair" in Mumbai, India in November 2015, And held Sichuan enterprise negotiation meetings and product promotion meetings in Cambodia and Laos. This event is one of the key exhibitions regularly held by our association in South Asia every year. All cities, states, and relevant industry associations are invited to actively organize enterprises to participate. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

2、 Main Activities
（1） The 5th China Sichuan Commodity (Mumbai, India) Exhibition.
1. Exhibition time: November 24-26, 2015.
2. Exhibition location: Mumbai Exhibition Center, India.
3. Exhibits
(1) Agricultural and processing machinery and technology: agricultural seeds, flower seedlings, agricultural by-products and raw materials, agricultural production and processing machinery, agricultural information technology, etc.
(2) Building materials and chemical engineering: building materials, decorative materials, various chemical raw materials and products, building institutions and products, construction and engineering contracting, etc.
(3) Household appliances and electronic products: various types of household appliances, electronic components, optoelectronic devices, LED displays and lighting, integrated circuits, power modules, and industrial control automation systems.
(4) Textile and clothing category: cotton, linen, silk products and raw materials, clothing and clothing products, and other textiles.
(5) Hardware and electromechanical products: hardware tools, hardware accessories, electromechanical equipment, machine tool molds, and supporting products.
(6) Daily household items: furniture, bedding, kitchen and bathroom utensils, indoor accessories, and essential goods for daily life.
(7) Automotive and motorcycle parts category: automotive and motorcycle complete vehicles, automotive and motorcycle parts, automotive modification parts, automotive repair and maintenance equipment, automotive supplies, etc.
（2） Economic and Trade Fair
1. China Sichuan Cambodia Fair
(1) Time: November 27, 2015.
(2) Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
(3) Content: Inviting and organizing enterprises and institutions from relevant industries in Cambodia to engage in counterpart procurement negotiations with member enterprises of our provincial delegation.
2. China Sichuan Laos Promotion Conference
(1) Date: December 1, 2015.
(2) Location: Vientiane, Laos.
(3) Content: Introduce the situation of Sichuan Province and recommend industries to enterprises and institutions in relevant industries in Laos.
3、 Fees and subsidy methods
1. Booth fee: ¥ 24000.00 yuan/piece (9M2)
2. The itinerary and personnel costs will be notified separately.
3. The cost subsidy shall be implemented according to the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Going Abroad" policy.
4、 Registration method
Please fill out the exhibition registration form, stamp the official seal, and fax it to our association before August 20, 2015, and transfer the relevant fees to the designated account.
